Refund policy

  • We only accept returns for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
  • To request a return, customers must contact us within 3 days of delivery.
  • The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received. 
  • Customers are required to provide clear photos/videos of the issue for verification.
  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued through the original payment method or bank transfer/EasyPaisa/JazzCash.
