Refund policy

- The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
- Customers are required to provide clear photos/videos of the issue for verification.
- Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
- Refunds will be issued through the original payment method or bank transfer/EasyPaisa/JazzCash.
