Exchange Policy
At Liorah Adornments, your satisfaction is our priority. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you may request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with its original packaging.
Exchanges are subject to product availability. Items damaged due to misuse, normal wear and tear, or incorrect handling are not eligible for exchange.
To request an exchange, please contact our customer support with your order number and clear photos of the item. Once your request is approved, we will guide you through the exchange process.
